Today I hit 199

WOW!! What a feeling! To see that scale say 199 this morning was an EVENT for me! It's been almost 7 years!!!!

I'm going to keep going till I hit my size 6 goal.

Right now I have 14's, 16's and 18's that fit. A solid 12 is the next immediate focus. And I can't wait!

I hope you all join me on my weight loss journey. It is the BEST thing you'll EVER do for yourself in SO MANY WAYS!!!!

  Big congrats to you!!! I am new to SP but I believe this is a good site where it will help me to lose weight and build confidence. You will be a big encouragement for me...jus a few days ago, one of my fren commented that how I had put on so much weight...this really triggered my determinati to lose weight and look good once more. I have 7kg to lose and I will work very hard to achieve that goal. Big congrats to you once again...you are incredible!!!!!

The 100 pound mark!

So here I am, 14 months after the start of my journey, 101 POUNDS LIGHTER!! I started back in July of 2006. I now weigh in at 200 pounds. I'm looking to get to about 145, or a size 6. The size is the main thing for me. I'm just wanting to look my best.

Today I feel physically better, and emotionally better about myself! Losing this weight has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

If you are someone that is struggling to lose, or wanting to and just not sure if you can get it all off, I URGE you to take advantage of this site and all the WONDERFUL support you receive! The people on Spark have helped me through many plateaus.

I still have a long way to go, but I more committed to my goal now more than ever! I hope you will make the commitment to yourself to stay focused on your goal. Be the best person you can be, inside AND outside!!

30 Pounds ago...

I'm now weighing in at 203, so this picture was about 30 pounds ago. Even though I'm VERY FAR from where I WANTED to be by now, I'm still encouraged by the fact that I am ALMOST UNDER 200!!

That goal reached will be a milestone for MANY reasons!
1) It's been 7 YEARS since I weighed that "little".
2) I will have lost 102 pounds to get there!
3) I didn't think I could do it... until I started to!!
4) I will have accomplished a BIG goal.
5) I am FINALLY feeling good about my(physical)self.

With 9 days left in the month, I expect to see the scale at about 195 on September 30th.

    Hi DSDESIGN4U, and congratulations on your goal!!! Those changes really do make a big difference. I haven't gotten into the 100s yet, but getting into the 200s was quite a thrill. And I think it's great that you're focusing on how far you've come instead of how far you've got to go. 100 pounds lost is a great accomplishment no matter what!

RE-COMMITMENT

September 1st. My weight is up 3 pounds, and some of my measurements have gone up a half inch too. Although one is down a half inch. I've been sitting here at this weight with this 3 pound fluctuation for 2 months now!

I've not exercised, or eaten the way I should, and there has been some beer and wine that I know can slow it all down.

So... THIS MONTH
I WILL EAT RIGHT!
I WILL EXERCISE!
NO BEER OR WINE!

That is my re-commitment. I also want to get back to my journal so that I can observe better what I am eating. I will also be using up the JET FUEL, and the LEPTOPRIL that I have.

Finding a routine again...

Today is the first day the kids are back to school.

I'm doing my best to get back into some set routine again. Summer was just everyone all over the place and total chaos!

I'm getting back to logging my food, and exercising. Hopefully, that ticker will move down some when I weigh next Monday. I'm looking forward to my inches going down also.

I started using Jet Fuel. The lady at the Vitamin Shoppe said it is supposed to be one of the best fat burners on the market. We shall see...

I'm also using BodyTech protein 2 to 3 times a day. I eat too, but I haven't been keeping very good track of what I eat. I will be now, back to logging everything that goes in my mouth.

I'm hoping to see progress on the 1st of September. I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE IS ONLY 4 MORE MONTHS TILL CHRISTMAS!!!

All I want for Christmas is a healthy good looking 175 pound size 10 body.
