I am not quitting, no matter how many times I fall. I've made up my mind to keep getting back up, until I can stand.I am going to do this. I can do this! I will do this! I must do this! I have a closet full of nice clothes that I've let myself get to fat to wear. ugh! So I refuse to quit. I have a whole new wardrobe awaiting me.. As it's been awhile since I wore any of them. lol
IT'S A NEW WEEK SO TODAY I'M STARTING OVER.
I MAY OF BLEW IT THIS WEEKEND, BUT I'M GETTING BACK ON TRACK AS IF IT WERE DAY ONE!

OK, TIME TO GET BACK UP DUST MYSELF OFF AND START OVER IN A NEW WEEK.
EVER FELT LIKE SOMEONE HIT YOU WITH A CURVE BALL UNEXPECTEDLY. WHAM! WELL I HAVE. IT'S NOT A GOOD THING TO FEEL THAT WAY. BUT YOU CAN BOUNCE BACK. JUST KEEP PUTTING ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER.AMEN. KEEP ON KEEPING ON. AS EVERY TIME I'VE BECOME OVER WHELMED AND LET IT GET ME DOWN, I 'VE THROWN IN THE TOWEL. SO DON'T DO LIKE ME PLEASE. JUST KEEP ON. AS A LITTLE OF WHAT'S RIGHT BEATS NOTHING. WE CAN DO IT!
