Going clothes shopping makes me feel fat.

Clothes shopping is frustrating for me, too. I managed to find ONE shirt that fit yesterday. I do tend to sew for myself, though. Find things that you like, and don't worry about sizes. IF you dress well, you'll look smaller.

Don't think about the size. Think about how it looks on you and how you'll feel wearing whatever you buy. emoticon

    Tania, you can do this.
Why not go back to the SparkDiet's second stage - about habits - and restart? Dig into the basics, keep it simple, do things you LIKE. Celebrate the NSV's and the pounds can follow. What is it that feels like a hurdle? Figure it out, break change down into workable parts... and persist.

You can do it! No one can FORCE you to exceed your caloric limit. No one!!!! I am on Day #88 of my 97 day journey. My plan is on my SparkPage. It's working. I hit my doctor's goal for me TODAY! I still have a little more to go for me.
