I have been stuck at the same weight for three weeks. The good news is I haven't gained any. Last time I went up and down 2 pounds. I have added on to my combined training and taken most of my cardio outdoors, either riding my bike or riding my horse. I have jumps set up in the arena and we try and school over them once a week. She is not in great shape but getting there. Jumping is a great muscle and cardio builder for the horse and rider. And most of all, it is FUN!
