So i did well this weekend, i did use flex pts, i knew i was going to, but thats what there for. Ive been dealing with a migraine and feeling ill because of it, so i didnt get exercise in , but today i am going to do a vlog challenge that requires me to vlog my favorite exercise(s) , so i know im gonna get some exercise in :)
also for the rest of the week, i can not touch my flex, i know they are there, but i wanna see a loss this week, so i have to stick to 26 pts exact, no going over.
So my plan for the day is to get in 40 min of exercise
Stay within my 26 pts
get in my 8 glasses of water
try for 10,000 steps :)
Last night my little one didnt wake up at all, i was so impressed, and i got in alittle more sleep this morning as well, still feel alitle tired, not sure why , but i will get through it. =P
Think once i exercise i will feel more ALIVE!
