Today, I am feeling fatigued. I have been working out, but not as hard as I was a month ago. My heart palpitations are much better. I rarely lose my breath anymore. I have noticed that my joints pop much more. I wonder if they are lubricating properly. That will be a good question for the doc.
I have been eating healthfully, but I am not losing. I wonder if my thyroid hormone is low. If that thyroid is low, that explains my fatigue, my weight staying steady, the bits of depression that creep in, and the aches i feel.
My exericise program has been good. I wouldl like to start getting to the gym for cardio three days a week. I will work on that this week. I have been walking outside, because then I am home more with my daughter. I don't want her to be home alone much. The reality is that when I am home, she doesn't spend time with me. I have told her two days in a row that she has to spend time with me. She has refused two days in a row., Starting tomorrow is manditory family time.
