Today, I noticed that the amount of food I can eat is getting smaller. I am started to get a little concerned, because I am not eating in my range. ( about 1000-1100 instead of 1200-1500.) I am having a hard time getting there.
I have been tired and have not been working out enough. In the last week, I have been focusing on the house and house chores. That means that I have ween working out less. That means that I am not losing anymore. I have to reprioritize.
Tomorrow is a new day to try to integrate all of these lifestyle changes.
