I think I may be at the root of my back pain. The pilates is a great strengthener for me. The Yoga is devine at increasing range of motion and strengthening complimentary muscle groups. Lastly, the cardio is great for increasing core temp, burning calories and increasing the ability to stretch. It is nearly time to change up the cardio though. I am starting to get bored of intervals in the treadmill. I am noticing some changes in my strength after a short time. That is delightful. I am also noticing that some of the smaller muscles and other less common movements are becoming easier. I am please that I am on the right track.

Today, I felt more back on track. I started with Pilates. Then I did some intervals on the treadmill and got some Yoga in too. I feel better today compared to last week. I will see how I am feeling tomorrow and see what I can manage then. I feel like I am moving in the right direction.

The last two days my back has been spasming. I have tried stretching only and muscle relaxers. Tomorrow, I will do some yoga and pilates to strengthen and stretch the muscles. I think that is better than total rest. Unfortunately, I don't know what is causing this. I will allow this to go on a few more days and then if it isn't better, I will go to the doc.

    I use yoga to stretch out my leg and back spasms. See if Tiger Balm and warm compresses help, too.

Today, I was so tired and my back ached. I didn't get my workout in. I was in too much pain and too tired. tomorrow will be better.

The last two days have been hectic and i didn't workout. Today I am getting my workout in. I really need it and my back is aching without the Yoga and Pilates. On a separate note, my care is finally fixed and I have it back. Yeah.
