My journey for the first 6 weeks of BLC26 has been a rocky one. My weight loss has been minimal. This has been caused by not staying focused on diet and exercise. Its been a time of year where I have had many things going on and even though my intentions were to stay on course that did not happen. I am committing to make the next 6 weeks an improvement on both my diet and exercise plans.
