6 weeks of BLC26

My journey for the first 6 weeks of BLC26 has been a rocky one. My weight loss has been minimal. This has been caused by not staying focused on diet and exercise. Its been a time of year where I have had many things going on and even though my intentions were to stay on course that did not happen. I am committing to make the next 6 weeks an improvement on both my diet and exercise plans.

BLC 26 Expectations

My expectations of myself for BLC26 are:
1. Participate fully on my team the great Honey Badgers
2. Track my food daily regardless of how ugly it may be.
3. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week with at least 3 20 minute sessions of strength trainging.

If I meet these expectations I should have no problem reaching my BLC26 goal weight.

    You CAN and you WILL do this. You have a strong support group at home and on Spark and the rest is putting your mind to it and moving! That bus is always waiting for you to get back on it you know!

  Hey, Dragonbrau! I'm also a homebrewer, been brewing for 33 years. I've been working hard at losing weight but that means I have to cut way back on my beer consumption. I brewed last week totally sober throughout. It was a strange experience.

Stop the Gain During the break

My plan to stay on track during the BLC break is to continue with Dolvett's 3-1-2-1 plan and to continue wot work out at least 20 minutes 5 times a week. I will also post on the chat thread to keep me accountable.
