I've got chocolate cravings so often ...! But I've got some good working strategies for me, maybe you can use one of them. 1. Drink chocolate milk (as wallhalla :) ) 2. Drink chocolate cappuccino - only around 100 calories for a huge cup! 3. Buy some dark chocolate (about 72% + of cocoa), melt 2 small pieces and dip some fruit like strawberry in.
Each of these options has around 100 calories and is yummy!
I work healthy chocolate into my diet plan IN ADVANCE so that I don't feel deprived. I now love Dark Chocolate Almond milk. Great source of calcium! I package small amounts of hot fudge (I can even find it fat free and sugar free when I am lucky) to dip my fruits in. Have to plan that one out well so that I am only allowed one small container a day, that's why I prepackage. I know what chocolate treat I am going to have each day, plan when and where I am going to eat it, and thoroughly enjoy my little rewards with no guilt, and I'm able to keep it under control that way.
had a good day today lovely weather long walk with oliver the dog, hit most of my targets just wish my energy levels were a bit better as I cant stay awake in the afternoon if anyone has any ideas please let me know I'm open to any suggestions.......
