Nov.28/09-Starting on 2nd week for menu planning & tracking meals on calendar. Marking meals on my calendar for whole week in advance has made it much easier to stick to my plan.
Now I'm on my way out side for my walk. On weekends its not too hard to accomplish my exercise goals, but during the week I feel almost too exhausted after work to do any walking. Something to work on.
Walked for 17 mins. tonight. Not all that outstanding, but ist's a start.
