goal #4 was revised from get 100 spark points daily to get 50 spark points daily..I have gotten over 50 spark points everyday for September so far and most days it has been more like 70 points a day :) I'm really getting to know my way around spark..I'm sure there is tons of stuff I haven't found yet. Some of my favorite spark points are trivia game, huddle with teams, read blogs..fitness minutes and food tracker.
I have not only gotten addicted to blogging but also addicted to seeing if anyone commented..does anyone else have this addiction? I like to comment on helpful blogs, I need more hours in a day to read more blogs..haha. i usually do my sparkin' in the evenings, on my lap top on the couch while hubby watches tv (aka channel surfing..I can't stand just watching bits and pieces of a hundred shows each night!! so this helps my nerves to be on the computer haha)
I did day 2 of the shred and rode the exercise bike.
On Saturday I'm going to Williston, North Dakota with a friend from my slo-pitch team. We're going for the weekend so I'm sure we'll have a great time. We did this a couple years ago and had a blast :)
We'll spend way more time shopping than eating so I'm not too worried about going off program :)
Well I think I'll close this blog and find some of my fav bloggers and get more inspiration..thanks ahead of time...
