Hi..now on to # 2..drink 8 cups of water daily..I have for 21 straight days :) I like water and drink plain water as well as several cups of coffee in addition to the 8 cups of water. I drink 2 cups each morning when I take vitamins, another couple cups after exercises and exercise bike, try to drink before meals but usually have water with each meal, too. And instead of pop I'll buy a water if I'm out some place. I've been putting some citrus in my water..I freeze slices of lemons. limes and oranges on a cookie sheet, them put in freezer bags. Then just add a slice or two..instant flavor and ice at the same time...well water has been an easy goal :)
Today we went to pick up my glasses, I really like them :) hubby says they make me look younger..almost asked him if that means I looked old before? haha. I'll maybe get some pics and add to my page later. I went on quite a shopping spree..needed a new microwave, luckily they were on sale at Walmart for $49!! Got a new cd player and a food processor for $25. Also got a bunch of greeting cards from the dollar store to send out, one to new grandparents, Thanksgiving and Halloween cards for all the kids and grandkids, also Oct is a busy birthday month..Hubby, granddaughter and sister....
Also got some groceries and had supper at KFC..mostly had lettuce salad and 2 pieces of chicken without the skin and coffee.
I started on another project..I've made so many new friends that I'm sending an apple goodie to each one..hope I get done by end of September..then I can start over for October :)
I like to focus on work during September..October's focus will be Thanks and Laughs :)
