Hi..just a quick blog and some quick goals!!
Thanks to everyone who stopped by and commented on my blog yesterday :) Yeah I'm very proud of my sweet granddaughters :)
Today I mostly stayed on track with food, did lots of exercise including running up and down stairs just for the fun of it 10 x and walking out in the pasture to bottle feed my little calf (hubby's idea not mine!!) He finally turned them out of the corral.
Yesterday I rode horse for the first time this summer..it felt good to be back in the saddle again :)
I worked out a plan in a 3 subject note book of things to work on and of course my health and spark were one section..so here's some back on track, mini goals for the last half of August
Get back to drinking at least 8 glasses of water!!
Get back to tracking all my food (just in a note book for now..back on Spark in Sept!!)
Get back to doing lots of fitness minutes..and tracking
Get back to blogging daily..this is day 2 :)
Get back to what sparked me to lose 25 pounds last year and continue from there!!
Get back to racking up the Spark points..try to get to next level by Sept 1 :)
There that should get me back on track...let's see if I can Spark some weight loss and get back on track for Sept!! I'm also going to go surfing..to some blogs to find some more inspiration..wish me luck!!
Today I also met with my slo-pitch team women for a send off to one of our team who is off to Edmonton for special radiation treatment..she has to stay in a closed room for 5 days with no out side contact and have meals send through a slot in the door..then driving home her husband can't be in the car with her for very many hours so they will have to stop lots..then she'll be off work for quite awhile..keep her in your prayers through this ordeal!!
