Hi..sorry for the short blog last night...I didn't have much time or much to say either..
Today was really cold here, hubby froze his cheeks when he was out doing chores. We had 2 deer in our yard this morning, looking for shelter from the winds and cold...
I rode the bike for 30 minutes..like usual..Tip #8 was pump iron..2 to 3 times a week..note to self..do weights 2 to 3 times a week..now that my wrist feels better :)
Today I made yummy saskatoon berry oatmeal for breakfast..it turned out great just like saskatoon crisp :) Had the chili/taco soup for lunch with a deer sausage and an apple. For supper..more deer sausage, perogies, onions..and a huge spinach, mushroom and pepper salad.
I got all the family Valentine cards ready to mail, to the 3 kids and 2 granddaughters..which reminds me..it's time to send my spark friends some Valentines :) Hubby went to town for the mail so I got hime to mail the cards..
It's also time to recap my February goals..
Refresh spark page..check... just want to put more pictures up...:)
Add red fruits and veggies to diet..check..glass of V8 daily, had red grapes, red peppers, tomatoes,apples....etc :)
Focus on heart health..been following 28 day tip calendar..check :)
Focus on love...friends, family and self..sent Valentines, treats for hubby and self..phone visits with several friends and sisters :)
Focus on romance..fun stuff for hubby..including treats, cribbage games, breakfast in bed, hair cut..etc :)
Focus on exercise..been riding at least 30 minutes on bike daily..need to add more..
Make collage...not yet
Tiny daily chocolate treat..check..bought a big dark bar and been having a square daily, also hot cocoa a couple times :)
Pamper me daily..check..I relax every evening with my lap top and spark and a cup of tea (or beer) and log and blog and send messages to friends and family on line and play games..also read lots of magazines and been reading a couple books on my bike :)
Get ready for Moose Jaw Spa..check.. made a packing list, bought a new bathing suit..my old ones were too big..YES!!!!!..also bought some wine for the weekend..still need to start self tanning :)
Goal..lose 4 to 5 pounds..check..lost one pound :)
