Hi..It`s February 1st already..I think 2011 is going by too fast..even with all this cold, cold weather. Spark has made January go by fast...
Now for February`s goals..
Refresh Spark page..I`m doing this monthly to keep it fresh
Add red fruits and veggies
Focus on heart health
Focus on love..spread love to friends, family, self
Focus on romance..special for hubby
Focus on exercise to bless your heart.bike, run, 10,000 steps
Make a motivational collage
Have a chocolate treat each day..cup of cocoa or piece of chocolate
Pamper me daily.. Love myself..I`m worth it!
Get ready for M.J Spa weekend..toned, self-tanner, etc
Goal..lose 4 to 5 pounds
I`m looking forward to working on February goals.

Well happy Saturday everyone,,. this will be a quick blog as I have half an hour til the movie I'm watching tonight starts..I rode my bike for 30 minutes, caught up on some phone visits, lost at cribbage ..again...
I finished up my deer veggie soup for lunch and made round steak, onions and BBQ sauce in the crock pot for supper with green beans and mashed potatoes.
After chores hubby worked on my car to see why the radio and clock didn't work..after checking a lot of fuses he went back and tried it and it works now?!?
I'm wondering what kind of soup I should make for the up coming week? any suggestions? Lets see the first week I think I made turkey veggies ; then I made beef, barley and veggie; then chicken veggie noodle and this week has been the deer veggie....maybe just regular veggie..I have quite a few veggies I can use...
I know for sure some of my February plans will include, in favor of Valentines Day and heart month, ways to bless my heart..amp up exercise, eat more red fruits and veggies, focus on love..what are you going to be working on for February? I look forward to read other peoples blogs..one of my new favorite habits...

Hi..I'm enjoying the new tea I bought in Williston yesterday..it's Good Earth Pomegranate Superfruit..green tea, pomegranate and cherry..yum yum :)
We had a fun day at Williston and the weather was great..40+ F and melting everywhere..a bit warmer than here..my south for the winter 1 day holiday :)
We had lunch in Plentywood (I had salad bar and a grilled chicken burger) Then we shopped in Williston..I found the All You Health and Fitness magazine in Walmart, and Feb's regular All You. I bought some t-shirts and exercise Capri pants, some oven mitts, pot holders and kitchen towels to match the kitchen redo. I found some groceries too Kashi cereal, tea, bread on sale, etc. Hubby found some stuff to get, too. Then we stopped for pizza at Plentywood on the way home.
Today I rode the bike for 30 minutes and helped hubby get my car out of the snowbank. Then I went to town for some mail, banking and catfood. I went to the second hand store there and found a new tea pot and a china cup and saucer for special tea time..I'm using it now, 2 wine glasses, a vase and a Gary Zukav book called Soul Stories..all for $6 :) Got drinking water, too..it was so windy out even the full 5 gal. jugs tried to blow away!! Now it's really cooling down..going to be very cold for a few days.
Today I had some more of the homemade soup and a beef wrap, then supper was fish and gems for hubby and I had fish and a spinach salad and green beans. I had lots of fruit today too..so it was a good day for food tracking :) I've only had 3 days in January that my calories were over :) I've been keeping up my streaks of exercise, water, logging in for points and blogging :) January is right on track plus I've lost all the December weight I had gained (4-5 pounds) and am ready to rock February!!
