Hi all..I want to make..get over the flu my main goals but I'm sure it'll be gone soon!!
Now on for my real January goals :)
Refresh my spark page, change the write ups, add more pics, etc!!
Record progress, online,on a calendar and in a note book!!
Tea every day!!
Exercise everyday..bike, Wii, walk outside...!!!
Water everyday..8 cups and tea!!
Healthy foods..cal limits, fruits, veggies, whole grains etc!!!
Keep up streaks..log in, points, food, exercise, water, blog..!!!
Follow Dr. Weil 8 weeks to optimum health..do weeks 1 to 4..more on that tomorrow...!!
House..dejunk, reduce clutter,finish painting projects..!!!
Rejuvenate..find 31 nice for me things..bubble baths, candles, music, read 2 books..!!!
Goal..lose 4-5 pounds to reach my goal by May (about 19 more pounds to go all together)
Well..I'm wondering which to do first..brew a little pot of tea or put in some bike time..I think bike and then the tea will be a reward :)
