Hi I had this half typed , then stopped for a phone call and it disappeared :(
Well, goal #10 was lose 10 pounds..even tho I haven't done that ..I've lost around 5 pounds since I had gained some weight back over summer and didn't adjust my ticker so now I'm happy to actually be at my ticker weight :) I don't feel discouraged since on Spark I've seen people who have lost a lot more in a short time but also those who have lost less weight over a longer time. The point is just keep trying :)
I've been working on my plans for October's goals. I do feel this is helping me become healthier and that's the reason for all this!!

I did dig all the potatoes today..got over 100 pounds so that should keep us in potatoes till next summer..I've learned to cut down on how many rows I plant cuz I don't like hauling bag after bag to the root cellar only to have to haul them back out again! Actually that would be a good work out!
Then I helped cut oats while hubby baled..we got lots done today. We also checked our far herd of cattle and one close one, the one I moved yesterday just to make sure they were all fine after the change in fed.
Well, hope the rest of the week goes fine, tomorrow the rider will check herds, we have a pipeline and an oil well going on our property so the land men are coming over tomorrow. then we'll be back in the field, swathing and baling.
