September's goal #7 was eat more fruits and vegetables and have an apple every day. Well I've had the daily apple, and on almost every day had 3 fruits and somewhere between 3 to 8 servings of veggies :) success!!! Well on my way to healthy eating habits.
I'm home from Williston..I had a great time, unfortunately my friend's grandpa died last night..our cheap Sask Walmart cell phones don't work in the States, so she didn't hear until we were back in Sask.
The shopping was fun and we had some yummy meals out, the hotel was nice, and we went to the hotel bar next door for a few drinks last night.
I found some cheap Kashi cereal and way more flavors than at home so I bought 4 boxes, found some deals on clothes and some really cool sexy undies in burgundy, a new purse, some gifts for family birthdays and even a few early Christmas goodies.
I looked all over for quinoa and finally found some, now to make a batch tomorrow and see how it tastes :)
hope the scale is kind to me after my weekend away..there's always next month if the scale won't budge!
I took the weekend off from the 30 day shred..but did lots of walking and shopping yesterday and today,plus when I got home this afternoon hubby and moved to lots of places and left trucks every where so I walked to get some of them rounded up..he got moved over to the neighbour's and I brought him fuel and supper and picked him up at dark.
It's been a long day so I guess I should go for now..hope you all had fabulous weekends..talk soon..good night
