I've completed my first walk of the day - a brisk 40 minutes at 7:30! Now I'm enjoying a cup of coffee and then will do 30 minutes on the bike. Strength training will come after that and then this afternoon will be a 20 minute walk and 15 minutes on the bike.
In between, I may try to squeeze in some yard work!
My mantra is to keep moving!
