I am ready for a new me. I am making a commitment to make healthy choices and I think it is time to try something new. I am going to work on one new habit every month. This month I am making a new habit of snacking healthy. Snacks have always been a down fall for me so this is a great place for me to start.
So Day 2 ... I snacked on the snacks I brought from home. Cheese stick, wheat thins, mandarin oranges, banana, raw pumpkin and sunflower seed.
Now to finish the day off right. No snacking before or after dinner. I think I will drink water instead or journal ...
