Has anyone seen Mimi Kirk on youtube. She is something else. She is vegan. She is 71 and looks like she is 50. That's what a healthy lifestyle can do for you. I'm not vegan but I do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and try to remember to drink a green drink a day. I like to eat my fish and seafood a little too much for vegan but I love the recipes and use them that is on spark. I'm not to big on chicken and beef. I will eat a little portion occasionally. I really like Sparks motto of there is nothing you can not eat in moderation. There are a lot of things I stay away from, like too much sugar, or fried, but that is my choice, that's what works for me.
I may get an exercise room this summer. I would love to be able to just go in my room, do a relay of exercise, and walk out. I have my treadmill and recumbent bike in my office. My weights or on the back porch. I want to get an elliptical machine, I think.
I started my second collage. I can't understand why I did not want to do one. I love looking at it on my desk and dreaming. Oh well we live and learn, I hope.
