I have been craving butternut squash for about two weeks. Isn't that strange? I'm glad its not fattening. I thin slice them, coat them in olive oil, season with salt, cayenne pepper, garlic, Mrs. Dash spices, bake them about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. They are wonderful.
I looked them up and they are full of vitamin A. I must need the vitamins.
I finally got through with my walking and bicycling. I am tired. I do not think I will do my weight lifting tonight. I do so much better if I do my exercising in the morning. We had to help our son by taking our granddaughter to kindergarten. It's a hour round trip. That takes up your morning. But its okay, we have to help our kids when they need us.
