Not sure how, but I survived the week. Work was rough but I did fairly well in terms of food choices and exercise. Just got home from the gym. Ready to go to bed soon
Feeling good because I finally set some new goals, I think that was missing for me. Ever since the wedding I have been struggling to stay on track. So today I mad some new goals.
I am meeting up with an old college boyfriend in May. I want to drop another 25 lbs before then. It's 19 weeks away so that's doable.
Also, we can wear sleeveless shirts at work but I have never felt good about my arms so I want to wear sleeveless to work by july
