Just a quick blog to check in...
Over 13,000 steps, over 100 oz of water (2 cups were green tea).
I stayed positive today, even at work after 2 interviews no showed.

I doubt I'll get a chance to blog later... So here I am starting early!

I had my mid month weigh in and was down to 268.8. I had to weigh in this morning for my challenge and found I'm up .2 lb. For me, it's a reminder of why I prefer not to weigh in daily. I'm having the desire to jump on tomorrow morning just to see... this can't become an obsession for me... So I need to stay focused in my other goals...

Stay positive!!
Drink 100oz of water daily (2 cups being green tea)
10,000 steps per day
Blog Daily

I'm recommitting to these goals!! I can do it!!

It's so hard to believe that March is half way over already!! I hope to be at 265 by my April progress pic! Now... I'm off to work... Flipping green pancakes for my agents today... It's going to be a fun day!

A loss and too much wine...

So I jumped on the scale yesterday for my mid-month weigh in to see a loss of 2.3lbs. I have set my goal very reasonably at only 1lb per week, so I achieved that. emoticon

Last night we got together with my brother and sister and their spouses to have a game night, which is always fun. We've not had one in a long while. I may have drank a little too much wine. 2 glasses is usually my limit- had 3 last night and definitely feeling it this morning. I hate feeling like I'm in a fog.... It could be worse, guess I could be completely hung over and throwing up.... Looking at the positives emoticon

Well, need to get going to work... Sundays are always a challenge, as my gym is not open - and I work all day. I need to be pretty creative if I want to get all my steps in! Have a sparked day people!

    Ugh I had a day like that too for work recently, out and about 13 hours and came back with 4600 steps. Ready to collapse on the couch.

Stomach bug

I've been sick since the gym yesterday. Throwing up is the worst. Had to work today, even though I was sick. Needless to say I'm way under my calories and didn't get to the gym today. Hoping to feel much better tomorrow!

    Don't try to work out when you are sick...at least that sick. Every ounce of energy that your body uses to repair from your workout takes away from your healing. Take it easy and rest up.
