So I jumped on the scale yesterday for my mid-month weigh in to see a loss of 2.3lbs. I have set my goal very reasonably at only 1lb per week, so I achieved that.
Last night we got together with my brother and sister and their spouses to have a game night, which is always fun. We've not had one in a long while. I may have drank a little too much wine. 2 glasses is usually my limit- had 3 last night and definitely feeling it this morning. I hate feeling like I'm in a fog.... It could be worse, guess I could be completely hung over and throwing up.... Looking at the positives
Well, need to get going to work... Sundays are always a challenge, as my gym is not open - and I work all day. I need to be pretty creative if I want to get all my steps in! Have a sparked day people!
