Still sick, but on medication now

I have a sinus infection and wow is it a doozy! I am simply exhausted. Spark was put on the back burner all last week, which was very bad. It is so hard to stay motivated when you are not feeling well. Poor Xavier has an ear infection to boot. So not happy mommy plus not happy baby, makes for a difficult time. Hopefully we will both be over it soon now that we are on medication. Here's hoping!

83 days to be under 200

I woke up this morning feeling like I am getting a cold again... what the heck! I hope it's just the cold outside, but who knows. Feeling tired and just blah! Family pictures tomorrow for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary... need to find something to wear that will hide this weight... emoticon

86 days to be under 200

This is not an unrealistic expectation. How did I come up with it? There are 86 days until 2010. I want to kick off the New Year under 200- and never ever return to the 2's! Counting down towards a goal seems to really help me stay motivated. This time of year is so hard for me. For example: at the moment there is a BIG BOWL of candy, not more then 10 feet from me. Yummy chocolates, etc. sad that my mouth is watering as I think about it. But I will resist... I will not cave! I refuse! 2 pounds a week! If I can manage to drop 2 pounds a week, that will actually put me under my set goal of 199 by 1-1-10! I can do it! I know I can.

BIGGEST LOSER is on tonight! I love the show... sad that I am at work while it is on, but it's being recorded! Rather then 'sitting' down to watch it tonight, I am going to pull out my old aerobic step and make up my own routine while I watch. I have a master plan in mind... now I just need to do it!

STARTING OVER AGAIN!

So I need to start my streak all over again, I decided! This cold has kicked my butt from here to Sunday. I tried working out on Friday morning and could not breathe! The pressure in my chest was so intense and (this may be too much info) but I was coughing up mucus and blowing my nose like crazy! I finally just gave up! Which sucks! I am feeling better then I was... I do have this dry cough... but I don't think it will hold me back as much today. I am going to give it a go when I get home from work.
Weighed in yesterday, back at 218. I don't know how much I can trust the scale at this time in my life, especially when it is a pound here or there. When I see a big loss, I will know it is me.. when it's just a couple of ounces, I don't know if it is my milk or not. Need to see something big to know, and that isn't going to happen until I can work out! DREADED COLD... GO AWAY!

A bad cold usually does throw a person for a loop ! Sorry you were feeling so lousy ! When
you feel more like yourself...then you should ease into the exercise bit ! But wait until you're

I slacked today. Its like I decided since I have the day off from work then I have the day off for everything! This is not the case! I am getting up early tomorrow morning and working out! Enough is enough!

I think we all have our days where we do a little slacking off.....the trick is not to continue
slacking off from one day to the next ! Try and get some exercise in the morning, my friend....
for we don't want the slacking off to become a habit !!!! Have a great weekend, dear !!!!
