Trying to pull it togetherMonday, April 21, 2008so now I finally get to find out if all that hard work was enough to let me have work/life balance now. I should not have to be into work before 10am on most days which means I have plenty of time to workout in the morning. I really shouldn't have to be there past 7pm anymore either, which means plenty of time to come back to track my food for the day, right? That is the plan. I need to start paying close attention to the amount of water I drink because I am pretty low. Here is to a good day! ![]()

I know what you mean that balance of working and exercising is hard. It makes it so that working out on the weekends is a MUST DO task. Planning your meal til dinner before u go to work will really help. That way you don't have to worry about logging it all at night. If I don't start logging with breakfast, I just say screw it to the rest of the day and screw up lol
