At least it is a start. Honestly, yesterday was a pretty good day. Still a long day, but a good day. I drank 10 glasses of water, did 60 min of cardio, ate 3 serv of fruits, 4 serv of veggies, stayed within my cal range. It was a healthy day... wait.. I did eat a cookie! Darn! I don't know why I have suddenly started to crave sugar. I wouldn't say I have ever been a person who wants candy... then I loose nearly 50 pounds and suddenly love it... annoying! I need to start being more aware and if I crave it chew some sugar-free gum instead. I did set a goal for this month not to eat out which will be interesting. Hopefully it helps move things in the right direction.
