Just got home from the dinner- it was fine. Ate a healthy asian salad w/ dressing on the side- only had water and coffee to drink- no alcohol! Got to get cleaning... briday shower is tomorrow!

I will be posting my progress from today, tomorrow!... but I am just thinking about my weekend... holy cow! Tomorrow I go to work from 6-10 and appointment from 1030-1200 shopping for a briday shower 1230-1600 home to clean for the shower 1630-1900 dinner for a bachelorette party 1930-2100 back home to finish cleaning 2100- til its done. I have to squeeze a workout in there somewhere... I am thinking between the 1630-1900 range... oi vey! Then Saturday is the shower... my house always gets volunteered as mine has the most space and I am fine with that I just am so overwhelmed right now that I want to run away! This too shall pass!

Happy Halloween and my November Challenge!

So I hope that everyone has had a Happy Halloween! I know that I have been totally slacking! I didn't weigh in today! I think I am going to change the day of my weigh in though! Because of a fun work thing that is happening....
Basically we are starting a fitness program- where we have goals we are meeting and getting points for daily. I am on a team of 4 people and we get points as individuals for our team. 1 pt for 8 cups of water, 1 pt for 20 minutes of cardio, 1 pt for a healthy goal of choice, 1 pt for every 1,000 steps tracked on a pedometer. It is very exciting! We are also weighing in at the beginning of the month and giving 10pts for each pound lost by the end of the month! The weigh in is going to be confidential- only one person (my boss who use to weigh over 300 pounds) is going to see our weight and everyone will only hear about loss' not gains! So it will save embarassement for everyone. I can't wait for my co-workers to become a support system in my weight loss goals.

I am also going to give myself a seperate challenge for November! Here is my challenge...
1- drink at least 12 cups of water a day
2- follow fitness routine as listed in spark daily
3- track food in spark daily
4- get at least 7 hours of sleep
5- post everyday
So I will give myself 1 point for each thing completed each day. So I should end up with 150 points by the end of November. My tracking will be on my page....I am going to track my progress one day behind (because of the sleep goal)- So November 1 will be posted on November 2... and if I get 140-150 points by Dec 1, then I will reward myself with something fantastic!

Really great goals and you will have a well deserved reward! (as i run off to scribble notes down) ;) happy halloween to you too! i got to to chase my niece and nephew around trick o treating. She was a pumpkin and he was the itsy bitsy spider. :-0 TOO cute for words, i tell ya!

Tomorrow morning I am opening... which means I have to be there at 5:30am! I am really worried about sleeping in! So I am going to go to bed soon! I know it's bad to skip my workout but I think its worse not to get enough sleep!

Lazy Day!

I still have not gone to bed... my priorities are jumbled... its 2:22 am... and I did nothing all day (Sunday)... well nothing active anyway! Need to go to sleep soon!

    I hate nights like that!!! And if they are Sunday nights, they set a bad mood for the whole week. Try to go to bed earlier tonight. Drink some chamomile tea or catnip tea. It will help settle your nerves and heartbeat!!! Also it's good for you!!!!! Double bonus!!
