So I hope that everyone has had a Happy Halloween! I know that I have been totally slacking! I didn't weigh in today! I think I am going to change the day of my weigh in though! Because of a fun work thing that is happening....
Basically we are starting a fitness program- where we have goals we are meeting and getting points for daily. I am on a team of 4 people and we get points as individuals for our team. 1 pt for 8 cups of water, 1 pt for 20 minutes of cardio, 1 pt for a healthy goal of choice, 1 pt for every 1,000 steps tracked on a pedometer. It is very exciting! We are also weighing in at the beginning of the month and giving 10pts for each pound lost by the end of the month! The weigh in is going to be confidential- only one person (my boss who use to weigh over 300 pounds) is going to see our weight and everyone will only hear about loss' not gains! So it will save embarassement for everyone. I can't wait for my co-workers to become a support system in my weight loss goals.
I am also going to give myself a seperate challenge for November! Here is my challenge...
1- drink at least 12 cups of water a day
2- follow fitness routine as listed in spark daily
3- track food in spark daily
4- get at least 7 hours of sleep
5- post everyday
So I will give myself 1 point for each thing completed each day. So I should end up with 150 points by the end of November. My tracking will be on my page....I am going to track my progress one day behind (because of the sleep goal)- So November 1 will be posted on November 2... and if I get 140-150 points by Dec 1, then I will reward myself with something fantastic!
