So lesson learned in actually listening to your body!
I went jogging yesterday at the track park. About half hour into my work, my middle toe started to hurt. I really didn't think a whole lot about it and pushed through the remaining 15 minutes. Then I kinda forgot about it. Went home made dinner. Ate. Got ready for bed. Went to take off my socks and saw that one of them had a huge red spot (about 3 times the size of a quarter) on the toe. Yeah... it was dried blood. Took off my sock and noticed a gash on my middle toe (on the side in-between). Appartently the littler toe nail was a little long and was rubbing (actually cutting) into the other toe the entire time I was running. So that was the hurt I felt and ignored. Well lesson learned. I can't ignore my body. When I feel its hurting- I need to stop and investigate!
My toe really isn't that bad- it blead more then you'd think for the little cut. It'll be fine, I'm sure!
