It seems like it takes so much longer to take good care of ourselves. I wonder why that is, but then I also look at the time I spend sitting on the couch or in front of the computer when I could be active. It's all a matter of priority and we're worth making time for. So I was wondering when is the best time to weigh in? I usually weigh in first thing in the morning Tuesday mornings (about 4am) and just out of curiousity I weighed this morning (Wednesday at 9am) and it says I am down another pound- but I don't want to list that. I know they say your weight can fluctuate everyday so I don't want to look at it as an acutal loss yet- but really when is the right time to weigh in? Any recommendations? I'm wondering if the time of day really makes a difference or not.
On a side note- got all my strength training in last night and am ready to work out now (I even have my shoes on) so will be doing so momentarily! I was right where I needed to be in the calorie department and drank all my water, ate all my fruits and my veggies- didn't really cheat.... crap I take that back cant' lie I had A bite of my husbands fried fish yesterday- and it was not good.. which may be the only reason I only had A bite. Why am I so addicted to food?

I always wieght myself in the morning, buck naked, after I hit the can, I dont want any ounce influceing the numbers :P, Way to go on being a good girl! eating your veggies and doing your workouts, sounds like you are on a roll. I dont consider that one bite a cheat, what I consider a real cheat is something sweet or encrusted with bread, but thats just my take on it... thanks for the vibes, I got them all and hopefully I can release my obsessive scale behavior this week and not go near it and have it show that magic number I am seeking the next time I jump on it, normally I dont have the urge to hit the scale but since yo-yoing between the terrible 244-242's, I have been jumping on it every two days or so....anyways, have a good day.. and weekend thats coming up. take care
