So I went over my calories yesterday. Felt bad about that, but worse about not doing any workouts for the past 4 days. I don't really have an excuse. Wish I could say I was sick or something... but I wasn't. So today I told myself "Enough, is enough!" So I did about 15 minutes of cardio before doing my strength training. Then made sure I was right where I was suppose to be in calories for the day.
I feel better and when I went to my in-laws this evening, everyone noticed my weight loss. I really hope that I still lose at least one pound, even though I fell of the wagon. Guess I will find out on Tuesday- wish me luck!
