Well found more that I can not eat, due to gallbladder pain. My favorite dish from my favorite Thai restaurant is now a thing of the past. Sad... But if my body is not happy processing it, then it obviously shouldn't be eaten.
I'm watching The Biggest Loser again via Hulu. I forgot how motivating that show is. I thought I wouldn't like it as much without Jillian- but the message is still the same. Taking control of your life and eating right and exercising- that's what it's all about. Bob was telling his team- why it's important to get exercise done first thing in the morning.... Because there will always be a daily life reason for you not to do it after your day has started. Work- school- kids- house work- grocery shopping- and the list goes on. Everybody is busy! If you make your workout first priority- you are less likely to skip it. TOO TRUE!
So my goal for this week. Getting up early each morning and working out. I need to get used to it now before I go back to work on the 31st!
