Enjoy the time with your kids....make lots of good memories. Think of yourself as a good role model for your kids while you are there and the healthy living thing will just come natural. I hope at the end of your visit, when you come back home, you will be able to look back and say to yourself, "Wow, I did good".

Great job! I started doing some weight work two months ago. Can't say all of my jiggling is gone, but I'm definitely noticing some improvement. Keep it up!
