Well, here's another program I'm trying out to get healthy. I've done Denise Austin (I love Denise) before but got tired of the same routines all the time, plus I didn't use the meal recipes (and probably won't here either), but this place seems like it has so many more tools.
I've already polished off a liter of water today, and it's only 1:20pm!
So far the forums are great, since I can talk to people in my same situations (thyroid issues, trying to conceive, small weight loss goal, etc).
We'll see how this goes! I'm a sucker for point systems, so hopefully the point motivation will help me reach my goals as well :)
