Ok so the past couple of days I've done really well during the day, but I get the munchies at night. I allow myself a snack but I'm still hungry so then it's all over. We had party food in the house from Friday so after pigging out on chips and dip on Friday I went and did it again last night with the cheese torta and crackers. Not good, I'm up a pound instead of down where I should be. At least this morning I was able to resist the donuts we brought for our Sunday school class. I did have a bite of Russ' blueberry donut though, just a taste, since they are my favorite! This week I'm going to be very strict on myself. I'll post on Saturday and tell you how I did!

I can relate - I had a bad weekend food-wise and the scales definitely confirmed it for me this morning. Hang in there and get back on track this week. You certainly have the right attitude which is good starters! Remember not to be TOO strict though, it might lead you to binging. I, too, want to be strict this week butI have to keep reminding myself that's what led me to overeating in the first place.

So far this program is going alright. I'm doing more physically active things and drinking a lot more water. However, I'm also still spending a lot of time on the computer. My eyes hurt from eye strain and yet here I am sitting at the computer again. I feel stressed out and I don't know why. I think I need to go clean/organize. That always makes me feel better :) Or maybe I should exercise, ha! I could do Dance Dance Revolution or maybe see if Sandy wants to go to Turbo Kick class. I do have a volleyball game tonight, so it's not imperative that I work out now. I did skip my workout/strength training yesterday though so I should probably at least do the strength exercises. That plank kicks my butt!

kyra was asleep and i was only gonna wake her up if you came over. now i feel yucky for not going to the gym, blech. you free this afternoon for a weight circuit and some treadmill time? i've got bible study this morning, so call me later. yay!

Well, here's another program I'm trying out to get healthy. I've done Denise Austin (I love Denise) before but got tired of the same routines all the time, plus I didn't use the meal recipes (and probably won't here either), but this place seems like it has so many more tools.

I've already polished off a liter of water today, and it's only 1:20pm!

So far the forums are great, since I can talk to people in my same situations (thyroid issues, trying to conceive, small weight loss goal, etc).

We'll see how this goes! I'm a sucker for point systems, so hopefully the point motivation will help me reach my goals as well :)
