I'm here to update everyone on the progress of my results. It's been 30 days, and I can't believe how good I feel. My energy level is still high, and I've now lost a total of 20lbs and 22.5 inches. That's two pants sizes. I want to thank everyone for holding me accountable with your posts.

I'm not sure making my shakes in advance is an option but I am going to give that a try! He has taken some vacation time to do some work around the house so I have to figure something out or I will be off my program for four days and that is not an option. Sleeping in is something my body and motivation doesn't take kindly too.
But if THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY right!?

    Talk to your husband, and explain to him how important it is that you stay on track. Point out some of the positives of keeping to your schedules, and negatives of not sticking to it.

Then ask HIM what he thinks can be done to keep you moving forward. Once you get his input, you can make decisions based on BOTH of you.

Day 13 of my new life

Hello,

It's a new week and I have lots to do. I got up this morning at 5:30am. My house is clean, dinner is in the crock pot, the cat is fed, the dog is fed, the laundry is almost done and I'm about to go pay some bills and do my exercise for the day. I feel good.

I do need some help on my weekend issue. I'm having a real problem staying on track with my "husband" at home. He is working 50 hours a week and sleeps on the couch because he can't sleep in the bed (working on buying a new one) Anyways making my shakes and getting up early to do my chores is not feasible on the weekends. This is really making me go off my schedule and it is bugging me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem WITHOUT disturbing him. I know I need to do what I need to do but he is paying all the bills right now and I guess I feel a little guilt about that. So if anyone has any suggestion I would appreciate it.

Other than that I feel great. My energy level is really good. I'm stocked about getting started on my new business! Which reminds me I got get going things to do places to go. emoticon

    Wow. I have the opposite problem. A husband who has sleeping issues and a house without doors so I can get enough sleep. He believes that I get too much sleep when I want to sleep past 6 am. My doctor is now concerned that I am severely sleep deprived and wants me to have at least 1 door installed so that I can sleep undisturbed. Each night is at least 2 awakenings before his 5:30 am arising. 1 to pee; 1 to refill c-pap. then get up and eat. All done with lights on.

    Congradulations on your success! I sometimes struggle with incorporating my family into my routines, too. I've had to adjust some when they are around, also. I try to make 2 schedules that include a morning and an evening routine. I make many meals ahead of time and keep them ready for me to consume. I check in with my husband to find out what his schedule is and then adjust as needed. It's not perfect, but I know I don't live alone and I need to include my family in my life too! Good luck..

Day 5

I keep getting knocked back down by this illness. The antibiotics are working though yesterday I couldn't even get out of bed. I'm back today Fighting and Swinging. I was only able to do half of my work out. But maybe I can do more of it later today. I dent want to skip another day and do nothing I was really tight this morning from staying in bed all day yesterday. Had to stretch before as soon as I got up my muscles didn't want to move. LOL.
I'm feeling better though. Going through the process of healing puts a damper on the energy levels. Should be back to 100% by Monday. Start the week fresh and in motion.

Hey everyone! No hop in my skip today. Must of got something from the kid. But the program is still in place, dont think skipping a day of excercise will break any rules. Maybe if I feel better later all get in at least 10 minutes before I call it a night tonight. Till tomorrow. Everyone have a good and healthy day.
