I have been feeling a little stalled, maybe ready to plateau, maybe tired or something lately so I decided to make a spreadsheet of my progress. For anyone who knows me, I can make just about anything into a spreadsheet!! Anyway, I needed to see my progress in a familiar form. The SP charts are great, but a bit to visual for me I guess.
So, this is what I found out, and it's encouraging. I plan to keep up this type of tracking, and if anyone's interested in a copy of the sheet I'm using just let me know & I can e-mail it to you. It's not complicated, but shows the "pertinent numbers" in a quick, concise way (or so I think).
Weight lost to date - 30.5 lbs
Total inches lost to date - 14.25
When I see things in this perspective, I'm doing great for only 3 months into this journey. So far I have hit all of my short-term personal goals, and I guess I'm well on my way to making my long term goal. I think I made myself feel better....now off to log the Pizza Hut buffet lunch I just had!! :p)
