Well today I had an steak egg and cheese tornado and a gatorade, for lunch I had a bacon cheeseburger kids meal from Jack"n" the Box then dinner I had an encounter with my frenemy fried chicken and a bowl of salad but at least I got in my P.T. this morning and I also had a bowl of grapes oh yeah I had one pure butter, yes I said PURE BUTTER shortbread cookie and it was delicious.

Well I must say that I'm not very proud of myself I can't seem to get on the band wagon of eating right and eating to live. I love fried chicken I love sweets I love ice cream. I LOVE IT ALL!!!! I feel like I just cant give it up well I guess that I don't have a choice now do I? Im not pregnant anymore so no more indulging...Khadijah is 9 months old now I have three months till she's a year old and three months to get myself together. I guess that I have no choice but to get on that wagon....Later Days

Treat yourself to friend chicken and a small bit of ice cream once a week - then you don't have to give it up forever. :-) Good luck with your journey! Once you start eating well, you will really feel great - looser clothes and more energy. Report Inappropriate Comment
