I feel stuck today and I am really tired. So, I looked back at my goals set at the beginning of December. I did fairly well with them until Christmas and then I stopped tracking my food, but I kept tracking my exercise. I was doing well with exercise too, but this last week, I haven't done well with either. Couple that with really long days on Tuesdays and by the time I get to Wednesdays, I am bone tired.
So, even though I feel stuck today, I got up and walked and am going to step up my game this week. Restorative yoga today!
