Welcome to another year. I am soo glad to say that I have made it to see another year of life. January 1, is always such a interesting time for me since I no longer do resolutions but I try to set fitness goals for myself. What do I plan to do this coming year regarding my fitness. Well I plan for 14 races including the cooper River Bridge Run in Charleston South Carolina, and the Rock and roll Half Marathon in November. These are two big races for me since back in September of 13 I fractured my foot in 2 places and may not actually be able to get back to running. I have been walking each day this week and my foot feels fine, I am not rushing anything because I want to be able to do more in the future.
