    Hi girlfriend :),
So you've done it, congratulations, I'm proud of you.
Did you forget about me or did you feel I fell off the wagon, lol?
We are now in San Antonio, Tx. trying t survive and get use to retirement, but it isn't working for us. I got sick about a year ago and broke out with chronic hives and was placed on prednesone for over a year. I gained over 20 pounds. Now thinks are starting to get settled and I'm finally off all the drugs and under control (I don't want to say that too loudly).
Retirement isn't good for us we eat too much, go to bed late, watch the tube too long and have no rules for life (it is suppose to be good to be like this, but it isn't fun at all). I wonder does everyone go through this. We really aren't doing anything, I go for nice walks at night and have lost 7 of the pounds I put on so I'm working on it.
So my email is lets get back in touch.

The Never Ending Yard Work!!!

Tuesday, June 10, 2008

I guess my punishment for injuring my knee last Sept and not able to do anything till about a month lots of yard work this year...What was not done in the Fall or Spring has just mounted into endless work...Hubby has done all the big stuff...Leaves, twigs, trimming the trees and cleaning the river rock we have around our 1/2 acre...But I do the finishing touches and they are never "DONE"...I have spent the better part of last week, this weekend and up to today, hosing, cleaning, preparing gardens, getting the pond ready and raking the granite...I have burned a lots of calories emoticon and have the aches and pains from it...But it all worth it in the end to see the results....No veg garden this year because it needs to be redone....Well I'm taking today off from yard work emoticon.. and trying to get caught up on housework since we just got back from our 3800 mile road trip...I love being on SP and the new team I have just join (DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL) has given me the boost I have needed since last year.....The energy, friendliness and support of their team member is to be commended...

"DONE GIRL" I am with you all the way on my journey to becoming who I want to be...You are emoticonin my book....

    Hi Carole

Glad you decided to take the day off the day you wrote this blog. It sure sounded like you needed the break after all that work. I know from last year that you do put a lot of work in your gardens.

I hope the new team you joined will be just what you needed to get you back on track.

Have a great day
