Well, I am packed and ready to go. I will be where they have my favorite food. SEA FOOD. I do love it grilled though instead of all the breading i used to eat.
Since I don't exercise on Saturday or Sunday I won't miss out on that and may even get some walking in.
I hope to be able to log in Sunday as not to break my streak but won't be on the computer much. I wish you all a good week end.
Monday I should be back to my same o same o.
Just hope I don't gain any of those pounds back I lost. I know it is me and only me that puts the food in my mouth. No one force feeds me.

In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday. Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. And, there on television, she said it was 'exciting...'
Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day......like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.
The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her words!

My girl friend and I ate out at Furr's recently and the service was not good. I needed water but although I asked for it I did not get any. I noticed our waitress was covering a huge area and she was running as fast as she could. She was very frustrated. Finally my girl friend went to get the water.
Well, I thought I always leave a tip but this time I won't and I will even write a note letting them know what bad service we got. Actually it was the restaurants fault.
THEN I FELT I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE WAITRESS. I do this often and have never had anyone offended. She was taking a break and eating her lunch as they had put several waitresses on the floor. I went over and talked to her. I said I didn't mean to be mean about the water but I really needed it. Then her story came out. She is the single parent of a 14 year old girl. The girl has cancer, has had chemo and her immune system was low. She got an infection and was in the hospital. The waitress had been with her until 10:00 a.m. and had to be at work at 11:00 a.m. She was very tired, hungry, and frustrated. My heart went out to her and I hugged her. I asked if she believed in prayer. Yes she said, that is what I have been doing all night. Do you mind if I pray for you I asked. No, not all she answered. Do you mind if I pray for you right here? No, please do. So I prayed. I prayed for her daughter and I prayed for her. I prayed for her finances as I knew if she didn't need to work she would be with her daughter. God led me as I prayed for her.
I left her with my telephone numbers and hope with a little hope in her heart.
Of course my girl friend and I tipped her well.
So you see you never know what someone is going through.
Let's keep our hearts open, be kind in all circumstances and we will find our own frustrations diminishing. We smile at someone, they usually smile back. We are happy, we usually eat less, We eat less we usually see our weight go down so let's love our neighbor as ourselves and think about it you have to love yourself first or you can't love your neighbor as yourself.
