The only chairs in the room were the balls and that is to teach balance I guess. Never had sat on one before and wouldn't want to be in the middle of the room on one. LOL
We exercised for an hour, exercising each muscle and cooling down and stretching.
The last ten minutes I felt I had been standing long enough so started back to my unstability ball against the wall. Found out one of my knees hurt from too much standing but when I got up I was allright.
I am going to try to make it on Tuesday and Thursdays and go to the gym a couple or three days a week also.
I have to get busy and get these last 5 pounds off.
They will not Win, NO, NO, NO.
I will win the battle of the bulge, the biggest battle ever fought.

I have to leave off having every day so someone please ask me every day if I had ice cream. Then in the morning ask me if I snuck off in the night to get it after you had already asked me.
