at the end of July I started the first of my 2 job. I was not used to being on my feet and walking around so much. I hurt all over, got short of breath, and red in the face all the time . At the end of August I started my 2nd job, it too keeps me on my feet and walking. I usually work one, go home and change uniforms then go work the other. I live in an upstairs apt. so I have to climb stairs several times a day. when I started those jobs I weighed in at(and this is very hard and embarrassing for me to admit,especially knowing others will see it) a whopping 310lbs. With all the extra walking and cutting down on eating(have little time for it anymore) I am proud to say that I am down to 280lbs. I have a very, very long way to go. I want to do this right and be able to keep it off. I know that it wont be easy and I will have to work at it every day but I know I can do this.
