I had a very good day today! Ate according to plan, drank a boatload of water and did what I haven't done in a LONG time. I took the dog and my daughter and went for a walk. Maybe it wasn't as fast or as far as I have gone in the past, but I went and we had a great time doing it. She even asked if we can go again tomorrow. I may need new shoes though, after about ten min. my feet were KILLING me, I am thinking they might not be wide enough.
So for tomorrow, I will plan out my food and head off and out with the dog and my daughter for a repeat of today!
And I have to admit, I have an addiction to Skinny Cow Icecream Sandwiches!!

So here I am again....badly needing the motivation to get moving back in the right direction. So I logged my food for today, I was a little over on my calories, but I wrote it all down.
My goals for tomorrow are to again, write all my food down, drink all my water.

Well this is my first day back at the gym. Vinny, my trainer too great pleasure in making me work for it. I can already feel my muscles getting sore. But I went back and actually feel really good about it.
I have been doing well with logging my food. Not the best at staying in my ranges, but the goal for this week was to track everything and get back to the gym. So I am well on my way to acheiving this weeks goal!
My January is going to be crazy (I am having Lasik next Friday, we have invitations to 3 birthday parties for the kids dinners out with friends and my DD turns 6 at the end of the month, so I have to plan that party.) So I am setting very reasonable goals for myself so I can acheive them.

I don't even know where to begin. 2010 was going well and then I hit a brick wall. I let someone talk me into a VERY restricitive diet program hoping to lose the last little bit I needed to get below 200. But of course it backfired. I should know better. Well I started on a downward spiral, no exercise and then eating what ever I want. So I am back where I started from this time last year.
I am setting the following goals for January.
Track my food, water and exercise
Wear my body bugg and get back to exercising
Lose 5 pounds.
My constant battle is to stay on top of everything, unfortunately diet and exercise are the first things to slip. It is amazing how you can find time for things (exercise) , but then when you stop it is so difficult to find the time for it again. But I did it once, I can do it again...baby steps.

So I went back!!! And I made it through another class.I think the teacher was a little surprised that I came back. I told her that everyone has to start somewhere, and if I don't try, I wont know how far I can go.
I don't have too much problem with most of it, we did a lot of kickboxing that I really enjoyed. But its the running that gets me. And today we got to run with weights. OOOOOOO! So I end up keeping up for about half the time and I have to walk the rest. We didn't do a whole mile so I didn't check the time to see if I did it any faster, so we will see next time.
This has been a great week for me as far as following my plan goes. I am having a VERY stressful time at work so I need to be doing good at something right now!
But I am VERY tired so I am off to bed.
