Yesterday I put on some pants that just a few weeks ago were loose on me. Well they are now pretty snug. I'm so upset at myself for allowing myself to gain weight. It's been weeks since I've done any sort of exercise and my eating has just been terrible. I just seem to have lost all motivation to do anything. I need to somehow get out of this funk I'm in because I sure hate the way I feel right now.

    Don't let one little set back throw a wrench into all the hard work you have done. Get right back on that band wagon and pull ahead!!! You have come so far to let it all go to, well you know where. May you should add in a little extra weight training to your workout plan, remember that building muscle mass also increases your metabolism around the clock not just in the moment like cardio. It's just a thought.

    I was thanking you for the comment on my blog and came across yours. Don't be depressed we all go this every now and then. Remember take one step at a time and you can't expect results in minutes. Stay focus and you will accomplish your goal. emoticon

Don't give up on yourself - you can do it - I have noticed there is at least one day a week I feel down - today I weighed in and had gained although still eating healthy and was depressed then I said there is no way you can gain when you eat the right foods and figured it could be water weight - get back into the groove - I know it is hard but You can do it!!

I've been really busy the past couple of weeks and haven't really had a chance to exercise. I work two jobs and have been working overtime at both of them. By the time I get home at night I just want to rest. Hopefully things will slow down by the end of this week and I can get back into my routine.

I have been trying to faithfully follow the bootcamp challenge and also my own exercise routine. So far I think I'm doing well. As of Sunday my weight was 158. That's five pounds lost since I started the challenge. That makes me feel very proud of myself.

I have been trying to track my nutrition daily and keep my calorie count between 1200-1500. Lots of times I find I am falling below that mark. I need to work on getting in more protein. Another thing I need to work on is getting my 8 cups of water daily. Overall I feel good about my progress.


Boot Camp

I have completely slacked off for the past month. I haven't done any type of exercise and have been eating like crazy. I have joined the SP Boot Camp and hope this will help me reach my goal. I also intend to start going to the gym again at least 3 days a week. I will start eating better and also drinking lots more water. I hope to lose 5 lbs. during the boot camp. My starting weight is 163.6. My ultimate goal is to get to 130 lbs.
