Sleep time diary

Good luck recently, I have been doing all the right stuff. Quiet, no tv, no stimulants, etc.

Also, I have been sick, so sleeping 10 hours a night isn't unusual when I am sick.

My run diary has me coughing uckies around 2-12...just now feel better.

Going to start back to my run diary on 2-20...I have a test due tomorrow!!!! Arrrrgggghhhh.

Forgot/avoided my valarian root capsules...and I was up until 5am. Well, There ya go.

I guess I should take it around 11pm and see if I can get sleeping around 1am.

Well, exercise and valarian root have got me going to bed on time. As long as I take the valarian root around midnight. It relaxes my muscles.

In bed by 3am every night is still my goal. A couple of times I have been in bed around 1am, which is great!!!

New Years....continuation of a theme.

Completed my new years resolution from last year...kept off the 30 lbs I lost! Yay! Maintaining was my biggest fear.

I learned that I am really, really lazy if I want to be so.

Finished all of my academic goals.

I stopped reading like a fiend.

Started adding veggies to every meal. Kept my portion control up. Ate pretty much what I wanted to eat and kept the weight off.

Soooo, the new goals...

*****Get under 25% body fat******
*****Jog an "official" 5k***** (I can jog 3.3 miles. But never had it officially. I would like a nice memento too, TYVM)
*****Keep above a 3.9 gpa at school.*****

Those are my top three.

Now to make a plan!!!! Time management I love it on paper, not so much in real life application.

I went to bed by 3pm..Yay me! Closer to my goal. I had taken two capsules of valarian root....an herbal muscle relaxer. Well, I turned off my 11am alarm. Didn't remember even doing it.

I have to move my alarm further away....
