Take a satisfaction break. Make a list of the accomplishments you are proudest of, and then read over your list and appreciate yourself for all your hard work. You've done a lot, so celebrate already!
We all need to do this occasionally. Pat yourself on the back for staying within your caloric range, doing your exercises, logging on and reading Spark articles, keeping in touch with Spark friends, for feeling and looking better, for being able to wear smaller clothes, etc.
You get the idea! Try it! You will like it!
