I finished my training for the week. I train by walking on my treadmill the required distances on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I walk 3 miles with Leslie and her DVD. I also do strengthening with hand weights on M, W, and F. Tomorrow, Sunday, will be my day of rest. Whew!
So far, so good with the training. Next week I will have to walk farther, but at least my treadmill keeps up with the time and distance covered.
I will do the 5 K in April (hope I am ready by then)
