WooHoo. I lost 5 pounds and am starting my 3rd week. Measuring portions and found I eat about the right portions, but eating between meals has hurt me over the years, especially "junk food". Since I am a charter member of the "Clean your plate club" and a yoyo dieter from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, this is a change for me. Love the site and am looking for a buddy.
