Well I made it 4 weeks and am proud of myself, its really becoming more of a lifestyle (again) which is good. I wish I could eat a little more though. Yesterday I ate more but still only about 1200 calories and the scales did not move at all. I don't really like to eat below 1200 but if I am a little lower I seem to lose, I have been eating a little more to try and kick my metabolism back in again though! I am really exercising too, and definitely a lot fitter, I would like to get to a reasonable weight though soon, but I know patience is the key. Thats the hardest thing for me, sticking to the nutrition and fitness regimen is not that hard but not seeing results is!! I do feel my weight loss is slower now than I would like but I realize 1 or 2 lbs a week is what I should be aiming for. I would like to get to 160 then up the calories a little and see what happens!
Went for a nice and little longer hike with my daughter, who did great, some other people thought she was five! We ate wild huckleberries and blackberries along the way and they were delicious and truly organic! I picked some more when we got home for my smoothie tomorrow morning - can't wait!!
